Ahyiana provides advice and an inside look for those who are or are aspiring to move from a more traditional employment route to an entrepreneurial route. Though not only for budding entrepreneurs Ahyiana gives personal accounts from her own switch, pivot or quit moments in her life while also inviting guests and friends to weigh in and give advice pertaining to the subject.
3. Therapy for Black Girls hosted by Dr. Joy Harden Bradford. Therapy for Black Girls is a podcast hosted by a licensed clinical psychologist that explores various subjects and how they specifically affect black women. Dr. Joy also invites other licensed mental health professionals to explore various topics related to mental health such as spotting narcissism, exploring childhood trauma and race-related stress to name a few. Dr. Joy stresses that her podcast is not meant to substitute for a relationship with an actual therapist but I must say I enjoy or weekly sessions.
